Silver Secrets Exchange Policy
At Silver Secrets, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and designed to be unique. Our creations are studded with semi-precious stones and may have slight irregularities or imperfections. These are a natural part of the handcrafting process and add to the charm of owning a one-of-a-kind piece.
No Returns: We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Exchange Only: Customers may request an exchange, but not a return.
Damage/Defect Cases: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must inform us within 1 business day of receiving your order, along with a video of the unboxing. After verification, we will proceed with an exchange or credit voucher within 7–14 business days.
Shipping for Exchange: All shipments are packed after a strict quality check. In case of damage or exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own expense, or you may contact our customer support team to arrange a return pickup (charges apply).
