You may notice subtle differences in the color, texture, or oxidation of the stones used. Our return policy.

We offer a 7-days return or exchange policy on all our products, for all unused, unworn items & unbroken seal, an uncut, complete unboxing video is essential for claims for return or exchange items. Recording the unboxing process will safeguard your entitlement to a refund should there be any issues with the quantity or quality of the product. Although we aim to provide an excellent experience for all customers, if you discover that an item is missing, please contact our Support team for assistance with the subsequent steps. if you have the unboxing video. Please note that the items must be returned in their original packing and should not have been used. SILVER SECRETS  reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Have your Order ID and contact details ready.
  • Visit our Returns & Exchanges portal.
  • Select the products for return or exchange.
  • Choose your preferred refund method (Store Credit, original payment refund, or Payout Link for Cash on Delivery).
  • Submit your request. ✅

 

Our Support team will review it within 2-3 business days and contact you regarding pickup and refund status. Please note that it may take 4-6 working days for the refund to be processed.

 

Refund Policy for Domestic Orders

 

Please note: No exchanges or refunds for size/fit issues. Please consult us before ordering if you have concerns

 

 Forward and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable. We offer the following refund options:

Store Credit: Receive the full product value as a discount code for your next purchase.

Refund to Original Payment: A handling fee of INR 100 will be deducted due to bank processing charges.

Bank Transfer: Provide your bank details through the Returns/Exchanges portal. Ensure accuracy, as incorrect details will not be reprocessed. A fee of INR 100 will also apply.

 

Please note:

Minor color/design variations are part of the handcrafted nature and do not qualify as defects.

Silver products may naturally darken over time due to oxidation.

 

 

Refund Policy for International Orders

 

For damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours (attach a video & picture) for resolution.

 

No exchanges or refunds for size/fit issues. Please consult us before ordering if you have concerns.

 

No refunds for refusal to pay import duties/taxes.

 

Minor color/design variations are not eligible for refunds.
